Estate Planning
Hill Legal prepares simple wills, basic powers of attorney (financial and healthcare), and healthcare directives for individuals and married couples. The firm offers a flat-fee individual package and a flat-fee couple package that cover the documents most Arkansas families actually need. Revocable living trusts and beneficiary deeds are available as add-ons to the basic package.
Estate planning is flat-fee. The fee covers the consultation, document drafting, a review meeting, and the signing. The signing meeting includes notarization and witnesses arranged through the firm, so there are no separate notary fees. Probate and trust administration matters are quoted separately because they are billed by the work.
The first call covers what you actually want the documents to do — who inherits, who decides for you if you cannot, and what happens with minor children. Most estate planning conversations turn out to be shorter and simpler than people fear. Documents are typically ready for review within two weeks of the consultation.
